Safi Beauty™️ is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages and for issues on this, you will have to contact the courier or the post office. 

Refunds/Exchanges

At this time Safi Beauty™️ does not offer refunds or exchanges, if something is wrong with the product itself please contact our customer support email with attached pictures so we can make things right. Due to nature of the product we do not accept used products.

Our products are tested on the founder, and we make sure to create high quality products, every single detail including how to use and the ingredients we put in are on the website, if you are allergic to anything and have an allergic reaction we would not be responsible as this information has been disclosed.
